Marekting Executive (Artwork)

Focal point for all packaging artwork adaptation 
and designs
• Working closely with the team to understand the   changes required on the artwork packaging.
• Coordinate with external design agencies and print   agencies on artwork revisions and mock-up creations.
• Preparation and circulation of updated artwork 
packaging into the OpenText system.
• Follow up closely with various departments to better 
understand each project brief and to ensure timelines   are met.
• Key checker for approved artworks, before handing 
over approved set to Product Development
• Prepare monthly reports of artwork projects
• Assist in annual budgeting
• Reviewing and evaluating the services of outsourced service providers
• Sourcing for new design agencies for future collaborations.
• Be able to guide new colleagues on the 
artwork process.
• Any other projects / assignments as advised 
by the team
