I'm a Procurement Executive in Sumitomo Chemical Asia Pte Ltd. I'm handling all the purchasing of spare parts and equipment in Maintenance Dept.

• Sourcing for required maintenance and engineering related materials eg. Fire alarm parts, conveyor parts, pump, level gauge, equipment calibration etc.
• Generate RFQ from SAP system and liase with vendor/contractor for quotation.
• Negotiate with potential vendor/contractor on pricing, price comparison, commercial terms, payment terms etc.
• Engage in sourcing and evaluation of new vendor. Conduct vendor performance evaluation yearly.
• Sourcing for new vendor, creation and monitoring the vendor performance.
• Selection, review and finalisation of Contract. 
• Create PO, coordinate and track delivery of purchase items.
• Liaise with Account & Finance for invoices and documentation matching and verification.
• Monitor section budget and cost savings including reporting and communication to management and user.
• Compile of monthly procurement reports.
• Function as PCS, SMAG and JI pass administrator.
• Support M&E manager on general administrator tasks eg. Document filing, meeting scheduling, team building activities etc.
• Support Digital Maintenance Management system (DMM).
