I am a graduating student of SIT-Massey University (Bachelor's degree in Food Technology). I also hold a diploma in Food Science and Technology from Singapore Polytechnic. I am passionate about food product development and quality assurance and have experience in a variety of areas including product development, quality control, and regulatory compliance. I have been certified in GMP, HACCP, and Advanced Food Hygiene. I have one year of experience as a food technologist, and I am a driven and highly skilled professional with a strong technical background in food chemistry, formulation, and processing. I am a team player and enjoy collaborating with other professionals to create the best possible products for consumers. I have worked on a wide range of projects, including developing new products and improving formulations.
