As a Customer Service Officer at Stalford Learning Centre, I have demonstrated strong customer service skills, providing exceptional support and guidance to clients and ensuring a positive learning environment.

In addition to the customer service role, I excelled in the retail industry as a Retail Associate at Hush Puppies and Playdress, where I developed expertise in sales and customer engagement—my time as a Cafe Assistant at O Happi Place further enhanced my multitasking abilities and organizational skills in a hospitality setting.

Complementing my customer-facing roles, I have actively contributed to the field of education as a Private Tutor, specializing in mathematics for secondary 1 and secondary 2 students, as well as Chinese for primary 3 students. My dedication to tutoring demonstrates my passion for sharing knowledge and helping students achieve their academic goals.
