During my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience in various aspects of marketing and communications. I have consistently maintained effective customer communication, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and providing essential feedback to clients.

As a social media enthusiast, I managed MARIGOLD's social media account, actively engaging the audience through live posting and leveraging Facebook Ads manager for optimized reach and engagement. My role extended to curating monthly reports, where I analyzed data from platforms like Social Bakers to identify strategic marketing plans for renowned brands such as SAP, MARIGOLD, MCL Land, and Nestle, thus contributing to improved social media performance.

Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in the research phase of several pitches by conducting social media audits to identify growth opportunities and trends to capitalize on. My internship at GERMS Digital saw me crafting and designing engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook, and I consistently identified trends and opportunities through detailed research for monthly performance reports.

During my time at SPICE WINES, I demonstrated my ability to manage, update, and proofread social content, ensuring the highest quality for post releases. These experiences have equipped me with a well-rounded skill set and a keen understanding of social media marketing, enabling me to contribute effectively to marketing initiatives and campaigns.

My educational journey has been a dynamic exploration of the fascinating realms of marketing and communication.

At Singapore Polytechnic, from 2018 to 2021, I embarked on a transformative voyage through a Diploma in Media and Communication. This immersive experience illuminated the vital role of public relations, instilling in me the art of analyzing and nurturing an organization's reputation through the strategic deployment of PR tools. I learned that in the world of communication, perception is paramount, and I honed my skills in shaping and maintaining positive public impressions.

My educational odyssey continued with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) program at SIMGE RMIT from 2021 to 2023, where I attained Distinction.
