National Council of Social Services, Strategy and Membership Manager (AUG 2021 - PRESENT) 

• Manages relationships with more than 60 Social Service Agencies in Singapore to advise and keenly follow up on their capability building, resources management and alignment to strategic direction
• Effectively oversees internal and external stakeholders across diverse project management assignments, ensuring timely fulfilment of deadlines and successful deliverables.
• Successfully handled multiple concurrent projects, including the management of spaces for Social Service Agencies, a consultancy project focused on cost-savings within the Social Service Sector in Singapore (where we proactively engage with 150 Social Service Agencies in Singapore) and effectively implementing changes to fundraising regimes in Singapore
• Contributed to the strategic planning process for optimizing the utilization of physical space and spearheaded the establishment of collaborative coworking for agencies 
   

Our Chicken Story (Charity)- Founder

Our Chicken Story partners other organisations to build community-centric chicken farms 

(MAR  2016 - PRESENT)

• Developed innovative chicken rearing techniques with multiple stakeholders and created a flagship program for cost-effective implementation in rural communities.
• Led successful chicken distribution project in Dan Koum Village, Cambodia, resulting in a 5000% increase in chicken production within 1.5 years, higher protein consumption, and increased household income
• Collaborating with community partners to expand the chicken business to 5 other villages in Cambodia and Thailand, scaling up its impact.

Central Singapore Community Development Council, Programs and Partnership Manager (JUL  2016 - JUL 2021) 

• Led a team of 12 in conceptualising, planning & executing The Silver Parade- a large-scale event with a footfall of 2500 people, in a bid to reimagine ageing. 
• Conceptualised, scaled up & managed 8 community programmes in Central Singapore. Examples of Nation-wide programmes-  Rough Sleepers and the Cardboard Collectors Assist Programme.
• Established and maintained strategic partnerships with influential community leaders from grassroots organizations, social service organizations, Institutes of Higher Learning, and District Counselors to facilitate resource pooling for the benefit of vulnerable groups in the community.
• Purple Parade Committee member who organised “The Purple Parade”, with an outreach of more than 10,000 people and 170 partners (2016-2020).
