Work experience: 

1. I worked in the lab for the gene delivery lab for gene therapy. 
2. I have worked in a clinical department, Medicine school, and National University Health System for regenerative medicine/cell therapy for more than 10 years. In addition, I was involved in projects about cell manipulation by the designed devices (microfluidics) and physical environment (micro/nanofabrication) for cell therapy/regenerative medicine application and the research outcomes were applied in various animal models, such as Rodent, Rabbit, and Pig. 
3. During the past 10 years, I have good records of collaboration with the various research area, including MIT engineering lab, NTU micro-fabrication lab, IMRE (Astar institute), and NUH GMP facilities for the integration of various technology with cell therapy and the research outcomes were applied in various animal models, such as Rodent, Rabbit, and Pig. 
4. I led a team for training and supervising NTU FYP students for their projects and Ph.D. candidates of NUS medicine school for their Ph.D. projects
5. I am leading a small team, 1 postdoctoral fellow, and 2 research assistants, including 1 master's student and 1 Ph.D. candidate for the PI’s projects
6. I start in 2021 involved in the research project and organized the cross-institute project and strategic research planning 
7. Organizing and promoting the multidisciplinary research and clinic application grants: successfully granted: 4 grants

Education:

1. As I have a BSc in polymer science, MSc in cell biology and molecular biology, and Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, I have training and experience in cell/gene therapy, which may involve biomaterials, cell manipulation, and in vivo study/clinical experiences. 
2. The important course for the Biodesign (Singapore-Stanford Biodesign course for the local Ph.D. students) and achieved the best group and rewarded an A score.
