I am a final year mechanical engineering undergraduate specializing in manufacturing engineering at Nanyang Technological University. With a strong passion in engineering, I have honed my technical skills through coursework and research projects that have challenged me to think creatively and critically. • Job scope mainly focused on project management work. 
• Learnt more about project coordination, scheduling, updating progress report as well as quality control activities such as documentation, preparing inspection reports, and site exposure. 
• Gained better insight regarding the flow of work in projects and due to exposure to actual project execution activities. 
• Spearheaded and worked together with the General Manager on a logistics project regarding in-house inventories. 
• In-charge of preparing monthly safety briefing topics, presentations and quizzes for the entire company which are essential for safety guidelines.

1. Custodian Duties

• Performing safekeeping roles for credit related documents. 
• Ensuring accuracy of performing data entry into databases. 
• Updating of statistics in order to track no. of files. 
• Performing sampling checks on files for both monthly and annual basis 

2. Filing duties 

• Ensuring documents are properly recorded and filed in vault. 
• Assisting in withdrawal of documents from vault. 

3. Financial Statement Tracking 

• To track client’s financial statement based on requirements. 
• Liaise/ follow up with Business line on required information. 
• To update financial statements into in-house system. 

4. Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the Manager from time to time
