Hello, I have just graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic, with Diploma in Business Management, specialised in E-commerce & Retail Management and Digital Markeiting Communication. I am currently waiting to enroll into University in mid July. 

Prior to this, I was attached to a 6 months internship with a mother & baby brand, as an E-commerce & Marketing Intern. During my course of internship, I realised that I enjoyed being in this specialisation, hence, I would like to dive deeper into the e-commerce and marketing world to gain more valuable knowledge.

E-commerce Intern: 

E-commerce: 

1. Manage Product Creation for ecommerce 

• Do product creation for new products 
• Manage product creation process to ensure that new products and categories are uploaded correctly and in a timely manner. 

1. Doing up wireframes & FAQs for Mothercare site

• Maintenance of Mothercare’s e-commerce site to ensure that the information is up-to-date to maximise user satisfaction. 
• Creating new landing pages for customised information and easy browsing experience.
• Analyse Mothercare’s website to update the layout and information in the different landing pages. 

Marketplace & Marketing: 

1. Doing Bulk Edit for marketplaces

• Mass edit product information, like stock level daily to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and ensure that all product information like price, description, images and description etc are up-to-date and available to sell. 

1. Mass Product Upload for marketplaces 

• Assisted in bulk content upload for new products, including product images and product descriptions
• Conduct quality checks on newly uploaded products to ensure that it is up-to-standard. 

1. Matrixing of products for marketplaces

• Improve the product listings by making use of multivariate function on platform to list similar products with different variations together. 

1. Planning for and running campaigns

• Submitting deal submissions and flexi-combo for  campaigns
• Designing marketplace & social assets 
• Creating campaign vouchers, scheduling chat broadcast to remind customers of the up-coming campaign and updating store decoration to latest campaign banner. 
• Monitoring and analysing the sales of the campaign

Warehouse: 

1. Order Fulfilment 

• Execution of picking and order fulfilment process
• Use of ERP system and Warehouse Management System for inbound shipment, store fulfilment and online order fulfilment 

Customer Service: 

1. Online Customer Service

• Answer customer’s enquires via marketplace online chat
• Act as third-party to communicate with warehouse team on the status of package before replying customers. 

I graduated with Diploma in Business Management, specialised in E-commerce & Retail Management and Digital Marketing Communication. I took up relevant modules like Retail Analytics, Retail Merchandising, Omni-Channel Management, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communications and Consumer Insights etc.
