I graduated from NAFA in 2019 while doing part time customer service at Changi Airport till covid. Been working hand in hand with LTA under the service delivery Ops associate (call center) till present
Experience
I have been passionate in customer service for about 5-6 years. My experiences were dealing with people from different walks of live and currently I am dealing with people who have vehicle issues and aside from that I work hand in hand with LTA.
With my experiences I have learnt how to multitask, have a sense of empathy, being diligent and trustworthy.
Education
Though I majored in furniture 3D Design in school, my drive for learning how to provide great service to customers and to create that special bond will be my area of expertise.
