I have a strong background in handling chemical processes, waste water treatment plant (WWTP), hydrochloric (HF), management, incineration operation, and filter press systems. Additionally, my expertise extends to overseeing two critical departments while ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.

In my current role, I lead ESA (Heads Ops), where I have successfully implemented process optimisation that improved productivity and reduced downtime. My leadership includes overseeing a cert team, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and acting as a Safety Management Coordinator (SMC) to uphold strict safety protocols. My hands-on experience with compliance, risk mitigation, and team development makes me well-equipped to drive operational excellence at ESA.
