  Responsibilities,

• Prepared and produced method of statements, piping layout shop drawing, materials and equipment submission sheets, inspection checklists and T&C check sheets with the guidance of project manager.
• Took-off the quantities of copper pipes, PVC pipes, PPR pipes, pipe fittings and accessories, pipe support materials and electrical materials such as cables/wire, cable tray/trunking, conduits pipes, fittings and accessories, lighting fixtures, switch socket outlets and circuit breakers.
• Reviewed and identified the quotations of subcontractors and assisted the Project Manager to arrange and procure materials, equipment and required labours.
• Supervised the plumbing piping, sanitary piping, medical gas pipeline, electrical and air conditioning unit installation.
• Conducted inspection all of the above installations as per approved shop drawings, testing and commissioning of subcontractors by the guidance of project manager.
• Produced CSD drawings and conducted coordination with my subcontractors and other main contractors and controlled daily workers and materials to be more effective and workable to finish the progress in time.
• Reviewed/monitored project progress and reported to Project Manager.

• Prepared and submitted project documentations to clients.
• Took-off the quantities of MS pipe, HDPE pipes, PVC pipes, PPR pipes, pipe fittings and accessories, pipe support materials and electrical materials such as cables/wire, cable tray/trunking, conduits pipes, fittings and accessories, lighting fixtures, switch socket outlets, circuit breaker and firefighting accessories, etc.
• Accurate and oversee M&E system installation as per approved shop drawing in building and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinated with the client team, civil/structural contractor and other contractors to ensure work is completed as specifications and scheduled.
• Reviewed and handled design drawings and resolved site technical issues.
• Attended daily toolbox meetings for safety awareness and safety procedures in all on site M&E activities and project weekly meetings.
• Monitored the site progress and directly reported to Project Manager.

• Recorded the documents of method of statements, approved shop drawings, site photo records, inspection records and T&C records.
• Installed and supervised the domestic water pipe, sanitary pipe, fire hydrant pipe, fire host reel pipe, fire dry riser pipe, plumbing fixtures, sanitary wares, fire extinguishers, hose reel cabinets, submersible pumps, transfer pumps, and booster pumps.
• Fixed up the lighting fixtures, switch socket outlets, DBs and earthing system for electrical works and air conditioning unit installation.
• Assisted the senior engineer for testing and commissioning process and quantity surveyor on preparation of monthly progress claims and variation order claims.
• Attended site meetings and reported to senior engineers.
