I am a supervisor with significant amount of experience through my 12 years of working with Air Liquide and ExxonMobil. I am highly reliable, motivated team player who takes great pride in my work. I am also a Lieutenant (LTA) in the military and I have lived by the motto "To lead, excel and overcome" and integrity to me is the most important quality of all and is highly motivated to achieve and overcome any tough challenges assigned to me.
Through my 12 plus years in ExxonMobil and Air Liquide I have acquired much safety, process operations and commissioning knowledge and experience. I was largely involved in the commissioning of two ExxonMobil largest Polyethylene plants in the world; SPE line 2 and 3 in 2011. I was also assigned major roles such as area leads in two turnarounds and accomplished them flawlessly with ZERO safety and/or process incidents. With valuable commissioning process knowledge and leadership, I was entrusted with day to day major roles such as Finishing unit Champion responsible for ensuring flawless startup, shutdown operations and day-to-day activities of three N70-80T/hr world class extruders. I also commissioned Air Liquide's first
Advanced Materials plant (J5X) for manufacturing of Ultra High Purity Diborane in Q4 2021. Gained a lot of knowledge and planning experience setting up a plant from "Ground Zero"; from hiring to training, procurement of equipment and setting up of equipment maintenance strategies.
Apart from process competency, I was also designated as a site DERT captain; Emergency Response Team and have attended overseas and regular monthly training specialized in taking the lead during an emergency. I am a trained Site Incident Coordinator and also proficient in fire-fighting strategies, firewater hose handling and other emergency response equipment.
I was also one of the four-core members of Singapore Polyethylene (SPE) reliability team tasked to drive up profitability and develop a strong SPE team with a high reliability and safety mindset.
I am known by my colleagues and superiors as meticulous, highly motivated and takes pride in my job and is determined to achieve results.

SUPERVISOR/LEAD TECHNICIAN
• Regularly prepare equipment for maintenance and perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities using established procedures and safe work practices.
• Plan, prepare and lead turnaround activities and permit issuance.
e Responsible for development and improvement of operating procedures and preparation of job packs for equipment maintenance or repair.
e Performed troubleshooting and resolved operational issues timely to reduce losses in the event of upsets.
• Assist Machinery/lnstrumentation/electrical craft in identifying bad actors to speed up rectification of plant upsets.
• Daily monitoring of equipment performance to ensure safe and optimal operation of the plant via structured/surveillance rounds (field/DCS console) and take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within safe operating limits.
 Assist supervisor to improve competency of junior technicians through regular knowledge sharing and verifications.
• Participate and lead in monthly process and emergency drills to be proficient in responding to real emergency situations. Provide inputs and ideas to improve emergency preparedness.
• Drive Loss Prevention System to junior colleagues to improve overall safety standards.
• Ensure plant reliability by sharing reliability sharing materials with junior technicians, past learnings and incidents related to reliability. Identify bad actors and implement corrective actions.
• Actively participate in site wide drills and real time emergencies as a DERT captain.
