Description

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized customer service and conduct sales consultations to meet customer needs
• Efficiently follow up on sales leads and inquiries
• Ensure cleanliness and proper display in the work area
• Facilitate the collection of deposits and payments from customers
• Prepare customized quotations based on customer requirements
• Manage sales projects from initiation to completion
• Provide prompt and effective after-sales service

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with self-discipline
• Able to work on weekends (No work on PH)
• Courteous, with a strong focus on sales and customer service
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality
• Flexibility to work from home on prearranged weekdays
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve results
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Proficient in English communication
• Previous experience in soft furnishing (curtains and blinds) is an added advantage
