Responsibilities:

1. Communicating complex information clearly through technical documentation.
2. Reviewing and refining existing documents.
3. Creating flow charts and technical documents to describe standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Preferred experience in application and Day 2 project management.
• Document writing skills,preferably in the banking industry, will be an advantage.
• Ability to write technical documents.
