Residential Engineer

Responsibilities

Support customer environment to ensure continuous operation
Daily operational task for stock taking/health check on existing equipment
Software patching for workstations and servers on premise
Prepare endpoints for exercise
Handle maintenance requests such as new version, Upgrade, Patch and Scripts.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing infrastructure
Able to review and provide recommendation on current infrastructure/ process

Requirements:

Preferred with some experience in Operating System, Microsoft/ UNIX/ LINUX/ Red Hat and administration in OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting.
