JOB DESCRIPTION
A homegrown storage solutionis company with presence across several Asian countries is currently looking for a Leasing Senior Executive.


Reporting to the manager, the Leasing Senior Executive is responsible to create and implement marketing strategies to attract clients, developing business and pricing models, conducting market research, source and develop new clients, liaise and foster good relationships with clients, manage renewals and expansion plans, and increase occupancy.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing management
  • Strong knowledge in laws related to property leasing
  • Provent track record in cloding leasing deals
