Description

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales Technical Support:

• Assist sales team with technical queries during sales meetings.
• Provide technical support at exhibitions and marketing events.
• Aid sales and marketing in demonstrating solution capabilities to clients.
• Receive and process complete proposal requests from sales/account managers.
• Collaborate with engineering to create proposals.
• Follow up on proposal submissions and revisions.
• Conduct pre-sales site surveys for proposal validation.
• Assist in generating Bills of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates.
• Work with sales and clients on proof-of-concept installations.
• Train sales team on technical aspects of solutions.
• Ensure alignment between sales and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, especially thermodynamics & fluid mechanics, preferred.
• Prior experience in customer relationship management and solution presentation
