    Analyze the restaurant's profitability, a key duty overseen by the assistant operations manager.

    Recruit and train staff for efficient Indian restaurant operations, ensuring new hires understand their roles with the assistant operations manager's guidance.

    Manage all financial aspects specific to the Indian restaurant, strategizing for its long-term growth and success.

    Maintain composure under pressure, meeting targets to ensure smooth functioning of the Indian restaurant.

    Plan and evaluate Indian restaurant activities, identifying and addressing areas for improvement to enhance the dining experience.

    Requirements:
