    MISSION:

    To support the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strategic financial advice.

    MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Prepare and oversee the account books, journal entries, posting of invoices & bank statement reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of records and its on-time delivery.
    • Responsible for reviewing of collections and alerted outstanding accounts to sales teams to ensure timely payment of receivables. Prepares monthly cashflow forecast report to HQ.
    • Responsible for GST and corporate tax filing by ensuring figures to be in compliance with IRAS regulations and provided supporting details when necessary.
    • In charge of creation and maintenance of vendor records in the database, as well as reconciliation of supplies statements.
    • Participate in the semi-annual budget planning and provide support to Controller whenever required.
    • Responsible for annual audit and stock take, preparing audit schedules and liaison with auditors when necessary.
    • Validate and process staff claims and invoices, ensuring that they are paid duly and charged to appropriate accounts.
    • Provide guidance to colleagues on all financial queries to ensure accurate input in the accounting system and all relevant documents are submitted.
    • Review and approve payments submitted by subsidiary, validate monthly MSR report against the financial statements and sub ledgers.
    • Assist Controller on any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
    • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a sales or manufacturing structure
    • Proficiency in written & verbal English language
