- Conduct orientation and training.

- Conduct kitchen cleanliness and housekeeping for each station is acceptable.
- Manage and supervise the preps production schedule.
- Manage the workplace safety and health system.
- Provide suggestions for minor modifications to food quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Schedule work activities according to production schedule.
- Supervise cooking process.
- Supervise packaging of takeaway food products.
- Supervise, motivate, and empower staff.
- Train subordinate on food storage, preps procedures and cooking technique.
