    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Apply food safety management systems for food service
    • Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting.
    • Conduct orientation and training.
    • Execute crisis management plan.
    • Ensure routine equipment maintenance is in place.
    • Conduct kitchen cleanliness and housekeeping for each station is acceptable.
    • Manage and supervise the preps production schedule.
    • Manage the workplace safety and health system.
    • Provide suggestions for minor modifications to food quality standards and standard operating procedures.
    • Schedule work activities according to production schedule.
    • Supervise cooking process.
    • Supervise packaging of takeaway food products.
    • Supervise, motivate, and empower staff.
    • Train subordinate on food storage, preps procedures and cooking technique.
