Job Description

• Conceptualise, plan and execute management and staff-focused events for Division based on requirements, objectives and target audience
• Ideate new ways to enhance existing events and develop campaigns in line with the company's direction to engage our staff effectively
• Work with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Resources, Group) to drive events deliverables and execute events efficiently
• Liaise and coordinate with venue management, caterers, contractors on equipment and logistics hire to support event requirements
• Plan, design and develop internal communication platforms through creative design of publicity collateral work and digital media strategies ie. Newsletter, Social Media Content and Communication Channels
• Plan and coordinate relevant training and courses for staff development and skillset upgrade

Requirements:

• You should have a minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline from a recognised University
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
• Experience/Knowledge in media production ie. Videography, Video/Photo Editing Software would be a plus.
