    Job Description

    • Provide Electrical & Instrumentation technical support to install, maintain and improve the automation controls for the Flex-Pyrolysis System.
    • Work on control logics, devices and necessary PLC programming to support and enable the automation of the HMI.
    • Conduct fault findings and recommendation for recovery to ensure equipment and system can be functional with minimal down time.
    • Upkeep, source, purchase and maintenance items or electrical devices appropriate for the system and maintain accurate record with their usage or disposal ensuring their availability.
    • Support installation of system as required working as a team to ensure successful deployment, test and commissioning.
    • Carry out maintenance of System as according to SOP, schedule and instructed by Supervisors.
    • Responsible for using appropriate Tools or equipment with housekeep at working areas by practicing 6S and comply to all regulatory requirements.
    • Undertake task being assigned time to time.

    Requirements

    • ITE, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics.
    • Able to hands-on and keen in assembling and maintenance work.
    • Can work together with diverse of people and follow instructions.
    • Willing to perform overtime outside workday.
    • Possibility to travel other deployment location including overseas.

    Additional Skill Sets/Attributes

    • Preference with experience of installation and maintenance of heavy industry equipment.
    • Experience in Motor, pump or valves assembly & maintenance is desirable.
    • Hands on and understand FEED, PLC, HMI, VSP, VFD and other electrical instrumentation is preferred
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
    • Diligent, self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
    • Good Communication skill and able to write simple report.
