Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound call (existing leads and cold calling) to promote products and services to potential customers.
Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Conduct upselling of current products to existing customers.
Responsible for attaining outbound call target.
Conduct marketing surveys.
Maintenance and updating of contact details of both existing and potential customers.
Schedule appointments for sales personnel to meet potential customers.
Adhoc duties as per assigned.

Requirement

Possessed minimum 'A' Level or equivalent.
Relevant experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing is preferred.
