Role Summary:
Lead the Accounting sub-function including accounts payable, accounts receivable, joint interest billings, revenue and asset accounting. My have oversight of other accounting functions such as payroll, cost analysis and reporting. Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation. Regularly leads important regional initiatives.

Has ultimate accountability for the sub-function and provides the highest level of advice and recommendations to the general manager or global sub-function/function head.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Lead the group's real estate business to manage cost controls, cash management, corporate finance, treasury, tax planning, budgeting, internal controls and overall corporate governance
Provide strategic direction to the group and partner the business group head
Partner business group to focus on business performance and growth, business sustainability and continuity
Lead continual improvement in business operations, processes and internal controls
Analyse the real estate group's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and longterm cash flow positions
Provide expertise and advice to business stakeholders, so as to support them in developing budgets, understanding financial reports and managing their financial responsibilities
In charge of Budgeting, Cost control and Monitor operational cost/ process
Provide guidance, advice and support to Indonesia and China Property Finance teams
Coordinate preparation of statutory financial reports and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and filings
Ensure that tax returns, reports and required declarations are completed on time and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Support relationship management with business partners, consultants and advisors to ensure satisfactory standards of service
Lead in Investment decision including real estate capex review and IRR monitoring
Recommend viable and sustainable legal entity structure for the real estate business

Job Requirements:

With at least 15 years of work experience with ideally in the real estate sector with cross border exposure.
Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial position, partnering with business leaders.
Must possess strong analytical skills with a clear understanding and implementation of business processes and controls, cash and fund management.
Reporting experience in all financial, management and compliance.
Possess experience in cross border tax and legal entities
Exposure to corporate controllership, treasury, banking, corporate finance, merger and acquisition in a corporate environment in multinational groups
Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance, or Economics from good universities. Finance Degree /CPA/CFA/MBA preferred,

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field.

- At least 15 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
