Group Finance Controller - Singapore - SEVENS ATELIER LIMITED

Description

• Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
• Lead finance functions including performance planning & control, SGX compliance reporting, internal control, tax planning, business & investment management and treasury.
• Liaising with sponsor, Auditors, Corp Sec, IA, and all relevant parties/authorities.
• Work with stakeholders and board of Directors & CEO
• Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the executive board to determine and plan for short and longterm goals.
• Identify and address problems and offer solutions.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Head corporate activities such as M&A and investors relation.

• Previous working experience or equivalent roles for 5 years, preferably in a SGX listed company
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance / Banking / Accounting
• Familiarity with legal, governance and compliance/business infrastructure of Singapore Listed Companies is a must
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
