    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage frontline counter tasks - Assist patients/customers, handle billing and cashiering, answer calls, address inquiries, manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and follow up.
    • Monitor all tests/investigations ordered for patients.
    • Administer patient admission to hospital or day surgery center, including communication with insurance companies, hospitals, and day surgery centers.
    • Support doctors in ad-hoc administrative duties.
    • Perform splint making (training provided).

    Requirements:

    • GCE "N" / "O" Level with prior clinic assistant experience preferred.
    • training provided.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Positive attitude and strong team player.
    • Proactive, capable of multitasking, eager to learn on the job, quick learner.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
