  • Working hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide allround support to Chairman;
  • Perform coordination and liaison works between internal and external parties;
  • Attend business meeting with Chairman;
  • Prepare and translate business correspondences, reports, presentations, proposals;
  • Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments, meetings, conferences and travel arrangements;
  • Plan, organize and coordinate special events and monitor/report events progress;
  • Business travel is needed;
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant in stock industrial is a MUST
    ;:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
  • Highly independent, mature, passionate, proactive attitude with intellectual curiosity;
  • Knowledge of secondary market analysis in Hong Kong, China and the United States is preferred;
  • Energetic selfstarter, wellorganized, detail oriented and proactive in every approach;
  • Strong organization, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing are a MUST
  • Good commend in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
