The leading independent concert promoter headquartered in Singapore. Founded in Singapore in 2001 by Lauretta Alabons and Ross Knudson.

Over the years, the company has maintained a reputation in the global scene, having produced some of the biggest concerts & comedy tours in Singapore & Asia. Working with high-caliber international & local agents & entertainment companies has thoroughly trained us to deliver top-notch services to clients and audiences.

To date, LAMC Productions have produced hundreds successful shows in Singapore and across Asia. This has included world-class artists such as Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Muse, Lady Gaga, Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Justin Bieber, One Ok Rock, Def Leppard, Kodaline, Fall Out Boy, Panic At The Disco, Foster The People, Fifth Harmony, Stereophonics, Deftones, Duran Duran, Keane, Dream Theater, Morrissey, New Order, Slash and many other great artists.

LA COMEDY LIVE

The ONLY full time comedy producer in Asia and have brought some of the world's biggest comedians to Singapore, and continuously expanding into other Asian territories such as Hong Kong, Philippines and Thailand. LA Comedy Live has a stellar record of presenting comedy heavyweights such as John Cleese, Russell Peters, Jo Koy, Bill Bailey, Eddie Izzard, Jimmy Carr, Dylan Moran, Bill Blur, Margaret Cho, Chris Tucker, Rob Schneider, and Trevor Noah.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Configure and assist with the key elements of drag events from conception to execution — including developing concepts and ideas for the event, overseeing operations, directing staff and coordinating technical and production aspects.
Attend meetings (both physical & virtual), manage schedules, rehearsals, event day
Prepare proposals, establish connections, and manages procurement and other necessary documents for the events
Hold Internal Meetings (Schedule, All Ticketing and Event Information, Logistics)
Ensure coordination with the following: Artist Management, Event Partners and Vendors, Hotel (Arrival and Departure details), Production Manpower
Ensure all Event Collaterals, find out ticketing information and admission categories, draft out transport plan
Ensure all details are prepared in advance (including photographers, ticketing reporting hour, merch opening hour, wifi, bar and etc).

Ideal Profile

You have at least 3 years experience in Event Production Management, preferably in Drag and Comedy Shows.
Proficient, knowledgeable, and passionate about the Drag culture and scene in Singapore, and regional/international.
You possess strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set targets, prioritize effectively and make decisions.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multitask effectively.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong financial acumen.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You have proven experience producing small to medium scale events or other pre-recorded materials
You are knowledgeable in technical aspects
You are able to conceptualize & produce live events
