    Job Description:

    • Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery of service.
    • Liaise and arrange with technicians about daily work progress.
    • Receive feedbacks / complaints and provide timely customer service.
    • Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.
    • Planning and arrange daily work schedule.
    • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
    • Required language(s): Mandarin (in order to receive feedbacks / complaints from English and Mandarin speaking customers and provide timely customer service.)
    • No work experience required.
    • PC literate in Microsoft Office.
    • Relevant experience in job scope will be advantageous
    • Preferably Singaporean or PR.
