Contracts Manager - Singapore - KTZ CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

Description

• Coordinate, support and advise the project team on all cost and contracts matters including procurement strategy, tendering bid evaluation.
• Assessment of liquidated damages and extension of time claims, performance bond, warranties, insurances and all other contract administration work.
• Support the project team in management of contractual issues, progress payments, variation works and settlement of final account with clients.
• To lead and advise management and project team in contract disputes and contract claims with clients/consultants and subcontractors
• Assist in Yearly financial closing of Accounts
• Support project team in costs studies and budget requests

• Min 5 years and above working experiences in building construction industry
• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying & relevant qualifications
• Must be proficient in the SIA Standard form of contract and Design & Build Contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project Management, Word & Power Point
• Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with an eye for details
• Able to work under pressure due to tight deadlines
• 5.5 days (9am 6pm) (2 Saturdays per month 9am to 1pm)
