- Individual works as an outdoor ambassador and is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assignments.
- He supports development of sales strategies and acquisition of sales through his generation and follow-up of leads. He must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales. He commutes extensively to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients and to close sales leads.
- Through his engagement with customer enquiries and feedback, he analyses customer behaviour to support client acquisition and retention.
- Innovative and resourceful, he keeps informed of the organisation's products and services. He leverages such knowledge to tailor solutions which meet clients' requirements.
- Manage and develop existing customers
- Provide sales and products support to clients
- Achieve sales target and profit margin set by company
- Manage and maintain healthy relationships with clients
- Solicit new customers through work site visit and project information
- Monthly/weekly forecast preparation and submission.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
- Ensure smooth coordination between other departments such as logistic, internal sales, marketing and etc
- Diploma in any field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Owns personal vehicle to commute to clients' places
- Possesses strong interpersonal, administrative and operational skills
- Good computer literacy
- High level of organization, attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Passion for the B2B hardware industry and its best practices
- Able to conduct sales pitches / warehouse tours / formal presentations / product trainings
