We are a leading visual merchandising production company seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Project Manager to join our team in Singapore.


As the Visual Merchandising Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of visual merchandising initiatives and projects across retail stores in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's overall objectives and enhance the customer experience.
  • Create and manage visual merchandising guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all retail stores.
  • Manage the implementation of visual merchandising initiatives, including the design, production, and installation of displays, fixtures, and signage.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, operations, and retail teams to ensure visual merchandising initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal designers, operations team, external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of visual merchandising materials and projects.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being maintained and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative visual merchandising solutions.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
