Key responsibilities:

Work as a team to develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and family offices etcLiaise with investors to provide them fund performance updates and answer their enquiresSupport fundraising process e.g.

prepare presentations, investor updates, roadshows etcKeep track on the market to identify prospective investorsLiaise with different departments to prepare marketing materials, investment memorandum, reports etcOrganize investor events and meetingsCollaborate with other teams to conduct due diligence on investors and onboardingLiaise with external stakeholders such as lawyers and other service providersOther ad-hoc dutiesKey requirements:At least 3 years of Investor Relations/ Fundraising experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking / Corporate Finance or asset management industryBachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Management or other disciplinesGood track record in managing relationship with institutional investors and family officesGood financial technical knowledge in investment deals / transactionsGood market knowledge in asset management industryStrong communication and presentation skills, motivated and detailed-orientedFluent in Chinese language as the role will work with business stakeholders in Hong Kong and China offices
