Description

JOB MISSION:

To control the flow of stock, monitoring and ensuring the process for movement and storage of incoming and outgoing goods runs efficiently and safely.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform & account for physical receipt of materials from suppliers/vendors.
Perform sampling, labelling of incoming materials & put away to designated storage.
To liaise operation between production, 3PL or other departments as & when required.
Prepare & execute timely outbound deliveries.
Ensure to carry out timely & accurate system inventory transactions.
Assist with loading/unloading & stuffing/unstuffing of deliveries/collections.
Packing & palletize of finish goods accordingly to the shipment PL.
Maintain good cleanliness, housekeeping & workplace safety awareness.
Compliance of rules & regulations stated by the organization.
Perform cycle count/stock take if required.
Perform any other adhoc duties assign by the superior.

Requirement

At least a GCE N/O Level with minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse or relevant industry.
Must possess a valid forklift licence & able to operate reach truck/stacker.
Proficient in spoken & written English.
Independent & a team player.
Physically fit to carry out lifting, stacking, pushing & material handling functions.
IATA dangerous goods certificate is an added advantage(Optional).
