    Make an Impact by:

  • Annual Operating Plan, Analysis of drivers and industry trends, Syndicate with Product and Finance
  • Monthly forecasting for revenue and expenses by analysing key opportunities and financial postings, tracking project initiatives, highlight risk and mitigation plans including close monitoring of customer order closure and billing
  • Liaise closely with Sales Heads and in-country Finance Managers to understand the business for forecasting and planning purposes
  • Prepare dashboard/reports/Powerpoint slides for Monthly Sales Cadence review, Monthly Trading Meeting, Quarterly Business Performance Review, Quarterly Management Committee
  • Month-end closing for revenue and expenses
  • Monthly tracking of revenue and expenses before month-end close
  • Manage and resolve data/accounting-related issues, monthly report reconciliation, manage & resolve reporting-related issues
  • Sales operations – Set annual Sales Managers targets, support the monitoring and verification of quarterly sales claims and payouts
  • Maintain Sales systems (Salesforce/Earned and Billed Revenue system)
  • Identify problems and propose system solutions to meet business needs and improve productivity and quality
  • Assist in development of business plans to achieve organisational goals
  • Provide admin support to the overseas offices for payment to vendors and Sales Heads claims
  • Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in finance, audit, financial analysis field
  • Proficient in Microsoft application (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), VBA, Salesforce, Tableau or any data visualisation tools and SQL or data analytic tools
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers
  • Meticulous and able to handle numerous time-critical assignments simultaneously
  • Able to work well in a team and work under timeline pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
