How you'll make an impact

An important aspect of this role will involve the individual establishing and maintaining good working relationships both within the Marketing team and the wider organisation, specifically sales, education, global events, brand and community, the Hub (our internal agency), communications, social, sales operations, CX, global marketing automation and digital teams, and other groups as relevant.

Engagement with external partners will also be required and so a professional tone and manner will be expected at all times.

What you'll do

Get up to speed with and employ marketing systems and provide support training to the wider marketing team as required (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Aventri, Esker etc)
Manage and support activities across both SMB and Partner marketing (marketing coop, all regular and ad hoc eDM creation, build and sends; and produce marketing collateral etc)
Provide execution and administrative support for events (sponsored industry events, Xero roadshow, Xerocon, education events etc)
Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns as/when required (briefing, developing, delivering and reporting)
Provide general administrative support to the Asia and APAC marketing teams as/when required (eg raising Purchase Orders, invoices etc)

What you'll bring with you

Critical competencies

Preference: Completed a tertiary qualification in marketing or comparable experience
Be a "hands on" marketing professional interested in developing their skills and knowledge in the field
Understand the different forms/ elements of marketing within an organisation and the reason for their implementation
The ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines
A willingness to operate in a teamorientated, collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and writing skills
Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, fastpaced and deadlinedriven work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to change
Selfmotivated, proactive and consistent

Experience

2+ years of relevant marketing/ business experience including event execution and digital experience
Will consider a superstar graduate who can demonstrate the ability to punch above their weight
