    Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

    Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

    The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

    Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    We are seeking to hire a performance driven digital marketer and marketing technologist who is passionate about the customers' digital experience across multiple touch points, while using data and insights to guide business decisions. The successful candidate will be collaborating closely with Transformation Office, Information Technology as well as partnering various business units closely to drive the digital roadmap for the organisation towards common business and marketing goals.

    Reporting to the Deputy CEO, Transformation & Growth, this role will consist of 6 broad areas of responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning

    ·Develop comprehensive digital marketing and digital experience strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

    ·Drive innovation and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, social media and marketing technology.

    ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.

    Digital Platform and Marketing Technology

    ·Be the champion for overall platform development for guest facing touchpoints that would benefit the business and be the technical enabler to support go-to-market plans.

    ·Work closely with the various business units to identify key initiatives that would further breakdown into epics and user stories which are then further prioritised for budget optimisation.

    ·Evaluate, implement and optimise marketing technology stack to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

    ·Own and drive key channel performance, such as eCommerce, WeChat Mini Program, Mandai App and Chatbot.

    Digital Marketing, Content and Media

    ·Collaborate with park & attractions marketing and international marketing teams in development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, search, display and content marketing.

    ·Lead the digital content team to ensure that overall website architecture and UX design is robust as Mandai evolves from a collection of parks to a full-fledged precinct, and effective in engaging and converting target audiences .

    ·Drive the overall email marketing calendar and identify opportunities to automate email workflows that will benefit the various business units.

    ·Oversee the development of compelling digital content to achieve required business and marketing goals, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.

    ·Continually optimise the performance of paid media and all digital channels to ensure optimal ROI, improved cost efficiencies and stronger conversion metrics.

    Social Media Management

    ·Lead the team to develop and execute social media strategies and overall planning to increase brand awareness, audience following, engagement, customer loyalty, as well as social commerce.

    ·Manage and grow presence across key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Wechat and identify new relevant social channels as part of overall social roadmap.

    ·Monitor social media trends and conversations and empower the team to capitalise on trendjacking opportunities.

    Analytics and Insights

    ·Champion the use of data-driven insights in the organisation to drive and advocate data-driven decision-making process.

    ·Support various business units in deriving relevant insights (primarily through PowerBI) which will help them in their daily operations and day-to-day business

    ·Continue to refine data practices and move up the value chain by enabling businesses via train-the-trainer sessions for self-help reporting while upskilling the team to move into predictive modelling.

    Team Management and Development

    ·Build and lead a high-performing Digital & Data team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.

    ·Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, promoting personal and professional growth, outstanding teamwork and collaboration across the organisation.

    Job Requirements

    ·Degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Information Technology or equivalent

    ·At least 15 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated strong track record in change management and building digital marketing and marketing technology capabilities in a fast paced and complex growth environment.

    ·Deeply passionate about digital marketing and technology, with strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing applications, and hands on experience with UX best practices, SEO/SEM, Adobe/Google Analytics and CRM software is a must

    ·Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok is a must, while knowledge of regional platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Red, Line, Kakao will be a plus.

    ·Exceptional people leader with the ability to build, inspire and nurture teams to achieve excellence and embrace corporate values across the organisation.

    ·Outstanding communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to serve as the "connective tissue" while fostering teamwork and synergies across diverse teams and partners across all levels.
