Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and show them to their table
  • Respond to guest enquiries and communications.
  • Manage seating arrangements
  • Ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times
  • Provide guests with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have
  • Attend to any special requests or needs that guests may have
  • Assist to settle card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell promotions and special events to guests

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Min 1 year experience in admin/reception/F&B/customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
