Description
Job Specification
1. In-charge in the maintenance and application of company licenses and certifications
2. Responsible for the implementation and updating of QA documents
3. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and attends to audits and inspections
4. Handle customer and supplier complaints Investigate product quality and safety issues
5. Provide technical support on the manufacturing process
6. Perform project coordination for specific OEM clients
7. Supervise and monitor the physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests of the products
8. Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to production personnel
9. Perform product shelf life study test.
10. Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished product quality
11. Supervise and monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratories.
12. In-charge in arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory used.
13. Coordinate with pest control service provider
14. Attend to any other food quality and safety matters
15. Other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
1. Bachelors' Degree in Food Science and Technology or relevant field
2. Relevant experience in handling FSSC audit, Halal audit, government inspections and customer audits
3. Strong knowledge in the relevant regulatory standards
4. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in QA
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Certified FSSC Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor
