About the Role

As the Global Analytics and Insights Manager at Dyson, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.This dynamic position will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making and strategic innovation in our global demand and sales planning function. It is not just about interpreting data; it's about turning raw insights into transformative strategies that propel Dyson's products and business to new heights.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global analytics and insights strategy that aligns with Dyson's overarching business goals
• Establish a deep comprehension of consumer behaviour, shopper trends, and market intricacies, laying the essential groundwork for the successful introduction of new products
• Oversee the analysis of large datasets to derive meaningful insights into market trends, consumer behaviour, and product performance
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Act as a key influencer by providing thought leadership based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends
• Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across diverse global regions and functional areas, understanding their unique business needs
• Identify growth opportunities within the business framework and proactively address potential challenges in current operations, presenting precise plans and recommendations for strategic enhancement
• Present findings and recommendations in a compelling and accessible manner, tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership

About You

To be successful in this role you will have outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex insights into actionable recommendations.

Previous skills & experience:

• Proven track record in in data analysis, market research, and translating insights into actionable strategies, preferably in a global or international setting
• Exceptional proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and influence strategic decision-making
