- Design and maintain MDM solutions aligned to business domains and enterprise data standards.
- Define entity and attribute models that support current and future use cases.
- Develop golden record models that reflect survivorship, trust, and business rules.
- Build and maintain integrations between MDM and source systems, downstream operational and analytical platforms.
- 5 years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or enterprise data solution roles.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing MDM solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and entity resolution, match/merge and survivorship concepts, integration patterns and APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with Profisee MDM or comparable MDM platforms.
- Experience integrating MDM with cloud data platforms and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and stewardship concepts.
