Description

The Role

  • Able to troubleshoot and rectify the problem onsite.
  • Provide technical knowledge and ensure the successful completion of scheduled activities.
  • Handle and manage technical issues.
  • Perform site analysis.
  • Perform various tests to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Service and Maintenance of CCTV, Card Access, Public Address, and Intrusion Detection System equipment.
  • Ensure tasks assigned by Superior are properly carried out.
  • Deal with complaints diligently and tactfully.
  • Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned.

Ideal Profile

  • Min. 1 year of relevant working experience in CCTV, Card Access, Public Address, and Intrusion Detection System configuration, installation, and maintenance.
