Description
Roles and Requirements- Manage the Insurance Package for the Group, including coordinating the renewal tender process, reviewing insurance policies, monitoring and tracking claims
- Lead the assessment and placement of other potential insurance programs
- Lead the assessment and setup of a potential captive insurance program to complement or optimize the package for insurances.
- Provide daytoday support to business units on insurance matters, including advice on terms of coverage, premiums, difficult claims cases, and negotiation with brokers/insurers.
- Support business development projects on insurance due diligence studies and insurance requirements.
- Manage regular insurance reporting to senior management and review the Group Insurance Coverage Policy annually.
- Undertake Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) responsibilities as assigned by the Head Group Risk Management.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in insurance/risk management in a large organization, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be selfmotivated, businessoriented, adaptable, and able to manage strict timelines and work pressure effectively.
