Job Description:

- _Assist Project Manager in execution of Project Management, Project Schedule and Coordination with Sub Contractors. _
- _Plan, implement and monitor work schedules. _
- _Liaise with Main Contractor on site requirements. _
- _Supervise Sub Contractors, Vendors on maintenance, site testing and commissioning activities and ensure quality standard. _
- _Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the tasks in time. _
- _Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project. _
- _Order material and equipment from vendors. _
- _Support site documentation requirements

• Job Requirement:

_
- _Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. _
- _At least 3 years of working experience for Project Engineer/ Site Engineer in ACMV Industry is required. _
- _English is a must. (reading/writing/speaking) _
- _Proactive and ability to meet tight deadline. _
- _Possess good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. _
- _An independent, highly motivated and a good team player. _
- _Able to start with short notice. _
- _All are welcome. _
