Our company is rapidly growing. We specialise in medical devices and we are expanding our team.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented colleague to join our team.

As an Operations and Accounts data entry executive, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into Zoho accounting software and also handle operational matters in our medical devices company.

Training will be provided so having experience is not required.

The day-to-day activities:


  • Assist in monthly closing of AP/ AR, recording transactions
  • Prepare the monthly payroll for approximately 10 people
  • Process orders and arrange for delivery of products to customers
  • Coordinate with logistics provided to arrange for the courier to pick up and deliver the products
  • Managing a small group of parttime packers
  • Coordinating with our global network of specimen collectors to ensure timely delivery of samples to our laboratory. Reviewing results and creating drug testing reports for our customers.
  • Other operational matters

The must haves:


  • Organised and able to work well in a dynamic work environment
  • Willing to learn, speak up, and cover all operational matters
  • Responsible, meticulous and independent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Optional to have:


  • Experience in using Zoho system
Working hours is Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm


Location:
Bukit Batok


Salary:
$1,800 - $2,800

If required, we can offer Employment pass and Work Permit.
