Executive (Quality, Safety & Risk Management):

Posting Date: 20 Nov 2023You will be part of the Clinical Governance team to provide secretariat support and organize the Medical Board and Clinical Heads meetings and other appointed committees/workgroups as assigned.

You will also support the Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety Standards Committee and Ensure Safer Systems (ESS) and coordinate any hospital-wide quality and safety initiatives/projects that may arise from there.

You are expected to follow up on outstanding matters with the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and be involved in the formulation and review of work processes to enhance the delivery of patient care.

In addition, you will be assigned with other job-related duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

Degree Holder with at least 35 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferably.
Meticulous with strong organization, coordination and time management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
Excellent analytic skills with good problem solving attitude.
