As a Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating architectural design aspects throughout the construction process. This role demands a deep understanding of architectural principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Integration: Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure architectural plans align with project requirements and budget constraints.

Project Planning: Participate in project planning and development, providing input on design feasibility and constructability.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that architectural designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Material and Finish Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards.

Communication: Facilitate clear communication between the design team, project management, and on-site construction teams.

Change Management: Manage and document changes in design or specifications, and ensure their impact on the project is understood and communicated.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure architectural details are executed as per the design intent.

Problem Solving: Address design-related issues and challenges as they arise during construction, proposing solutions to maintain project progress.

Document Control: Maintain a well-organized repository of architectural drawings, revisions, and related documents.
