Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- N Level and above
- Able to multitask
- Able to commit to office hours deskbound (9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays)
Additional Information:
- Starting basic salary of $1,600
- 12 weeks probation
- Confirmation increment depending on performance during probation
- Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
