Description
Assist Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth daily operations- Handle deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites
- Provide support to Operation Manager & Operation Executive and assist in handling operational issues and complaints
- Conduct recruitment interviews for security officers
- Conduct OJT training to new hires. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients
- Preparation of operational reports
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Team Player
